Terms of Service

Welcome to SunGod. We make non-carbonated, organic alcoholic beverages for people who care what they are drinking. By using this site or buying our products you agree to the terms below.

1. Orders and fulfillment

Every SunGod order containing alcohol is fulfilled by a licensed third-party retailer in the AccelPay retail network. Your purchase is processed by that retailer, and AccelPay's terms of service, privacy policy and ecommerce terms apply to the transaction.

2. Shipping

  • We ship to the continental U.S. only.
  • We do not ship to PO boxes.
  • Orders are fulfilled within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Standard shipping usually takes another 3 to 8 business days depending on where you are.
  • Orders containing alcohol require an adult (21+) signature and ID check at delivery.
  • If an order includes both alcohol and merch, the items may arrive separately.

3. Delivery

  • Three delivery attempts are made to the address you gave.
  • After three failed attempts the package is marked undeliverable and returned.

If that happens:

  • Refunds are available, less a $25 undeliverable package fee and the original shipping.
  • Reshipment is available for a $40 flat fee, which covers redelivery and the return.
  • Other fees may apply depending on the order.

4. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Because of alcohol shipping rules, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products containing alcohol.

Need to cancel? Orders can be canceled only before they ship. Send the request to support@accelpay.io. Cancellation is not guaranteed and is handled case by case.

Wrong item or a damaged order? Write to support@accelpay.io with a photo. The fulfillment partner coordinates a replacement within 3 business days.

5. The legal part

All purchases through this site are made from licensed retailers, not from SunGod directly. SunGod does not sell alcohol directly to consumers. By purchasing you confirm you are 21 or older and legally allowed to buy alcohol where you live.
